Withdrawal from the agreement

  1. The sales agreement is concluded only at a distance, so the User may withdraw from the agreement - without giving reasons - within 14 days after confirming the order.
  2. The withdrawal must be preceded by a phone call and a written statement in the form attached to this website or attached to the product. The telephone contact and sending the statement must occur until the 14-day period specified in item 1 ends.
  3. When withdrawing from the contract, the User must immediately and not later than within 30 days return the products to the address indicated by the Seller. Products can not bear any traces of use and must be originally pre-packaged. In this case, the Seller is obliged to refund to the User the price of the product they already paid.
  4. The Seller reserves the right to withdraw from the agreement in the event of the absence of products on stock or in the event of a technical problem. In this case the User is not obliged to bear any costs.
